We host weekly crew nights, taking our ambassadors out on the town to try the newest activities, restaurants and bars. Teams that play together stay together! We work incredibly hard to remain number one, so it’s important to us that we balance that out with fun activities out of the office, and we’re always on the search for something new to try. What can we offer?
We are developing champions in our company and growing our brand ambassadors to win in business. So, in that quest to remain top of the leaderboard, we’ve created a leading in-house program unlike that of any other business, providing our sales heroes with the chance to become number one. We host weekly seminars, workshops and brainstorming sessions focused around our industry. We know that the secret to remaining number one is knowing as much about your opponents and their specialism as possible – that’s why we monitor industry trends, key players in the sector and winning techniques.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who want to join a company with a great culture (if we do say so ourselves). We’re a competitive bunch, but we’re also hugely supportive of one another. We’re looking for people who are great team players – celebrating the successes of your teammates and supporting them during their moments of struggle.
We’re not asking for a 3-page CV with endless internships, qualifications and references (although, always a positive). We provide all the coaching required for our sector, and everyone starts at the same stage – it’s a level playing field. All we’re asking? An unshakable determination, eagerness to prove yourself and ultimately a desire to become a champion.
